What Noiryard collects, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. Who we are
Noiryard is operated by Muhammad Awais Tariq, based in Pakistan, who is responsible for your personal data. Contact: support@noiryard.com.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or add them, your name and profile picture.
Creative data: the prompts, settings and reference files you submit and the media we generate for you.
Billing data: plan, purchase history and credit balance. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working.
3. How we use it, and why
To provide the service you asked for: generating media, keeping your library, charging and refunding credits, and sending sign-in and billing emails.
For our legitimate interests in keeping the service safe: rate limiting, preventing fraud and free-credit abuse, moderating content and reviewing reports.
To meet legal duties, such as keeping financial records, and with your consent where it is required, such as optional cookies.
We do not use your private prompts, uploads or results to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers operate in several countries, including India, the United States and others, so your data may be processed outside your own country. Where the law requires, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
6. Public content
Generations are private unless you publish them. Published work shows your display name and avatar, never your email address. You can unpublish at any time.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after you close it, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices, or where we need them to resolve disputes or prevent abuse.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@noiryard.com. Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK and California, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to move your data, and to withdraw consent. We will not treat you differently for using these rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security, children and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure. Noiryard is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If this policy changes materially, we will tell you.
