Terms of Service

Noiryard is operated by Muhammad Awais Tariq, an individual based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of noiryard.com and our studio. By creating an account or using Noiryard you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.

If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

You can sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email address. Keep those accounts secure, because anyone who can open them can sign in as you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and the information you give us must be accurate.

Generations are paid for with credits. The price of each run is shown before you start it. Credits for failed, canceled or filtered runs are returned automatically.

Plan credits are refilled at each renewal and do not carry over. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Sign-up credits are a promotional gift and we may change the amount offered to new accounts.

Prices can change. We will tell you before a new price applies to an existing subscription. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, which may have its own terms.

You keep your rights in the prompts and files you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You give us the permission we need to process them, store them and send them to AI model providers so we can run the service for you.

Between you and us, you may use what you generate, including commercially on paid plans, as long as you follow these terms. We do not use your private prompts, uploads or results to train our own AI models.

If you publish a generation to Community, you allow other visitors to view it and to reuse its prompt and settings. You can unpublish it at any time.

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to what other people generate. Review them before relying on them, and do not treat them as professional advice.

The law on AI-generated work is still developing, and results may not be protected by copyright in every country. You are responsible for how you use them, including checking that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block, remove or unpublish content, and suspend accounts, that break it.

If you believe something on Noiryard infringes your rights, email support@noiryard.com with your contact details, the work you own, a link to the content, and a statement that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith. We will review it and may remove the content. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.

Noiryard relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure. Results vary, models change, and we may add, update or retire models and features. If we remove a major paid feature, you may cancel and ask for a fair pro-rata refund of the unused part of your payment.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You can stop using Noiryard at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by writing to support@noiryard.com. Unused credits end when an account is closed.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or abuses the service, including creating multiple accounts for free credits. Credits on an account closed for abuse are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to cover losses we suffer from a third-party claim caused by your content or your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Please contact support@noiryard.com first, and we will try to resolve any problem informally. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you a different right.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
